Board of Director Meetings
Board meetings are scheduled by the Board of Directors and dates, times and locations will be posted as provided by the Board. The Board will also post those notices at the mailbox location. Meetings will generally be held quarterly.

Annual Meeting of Members
The next Annual Meeting is held in November of each year. Directors are elected to two year terms so not every annual meeting will have election of directors. NOTE: An Adjourned Annual Meeting will take place on January 9, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
Financial
The association's fiscal year runs from January 1st to December 31st
The new fiscal year budget begins on January 1, 2024 and must be mailed to the membership no later than November 30, 2013.
The association annual financial compilation is mailed to homeowners each year by approximately April 30th.
Maintenance
Vendors with on-going service contracts with the association provide maintenance as follows:
Landscaping - once per week on Thursday (common area only)
Trash Pick-up - Trash pickup is on Wednesday. Trash receipticles should be placed on Santa Ana.
Newsletters
As part of the board's attempt to effectively communicate with the membership, an electronic newsletter is produced and emailed to members on an as needed basis

City of Costa Mesa
CITY COUNCIL meets the first and third Tuesday of every month with the meetings beginning at 5:00 p.m., if there is a closed session scheduled, and 6:00 p.m. for the regular meeting. The council meetings are held in the Council Chamber. The City Council also conducts a study session on the second Tuesday of every month, beginning at 4:30 p.m. in Conference Room 1A, although please note that the location sometimes changes to accommodate anticipated interest. If a regular meeting date falls on a day that is a legal holiday, and City Hall is closed, the meeting is then held the following day.
PLANNING COMMISSION meets the second and fourth Mondays of every month at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers. If a legal holiday falls on Monday, the meeting automatically moves to Tuesday.
